Responsibilities/Skills :
- Develop new components based on design specs.
- Work independently and write maintainable code.
- Understand existing code and suggest optimization in terms of functionality and performance.

- Ability to go beyond help center articles and understand the technical system to resolve customer queries
- Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
