Responsibilities:
- Develop high-impact, user-facing features for our reporting products.
- Maintain and improve various reporting pipelines.
- Contribute to the development and shipping of new features and updates.
- Dive into real-time web stack UI frameworks to enhance user experience.
- Utilize industry-standard technologies to deliver accurate reporting data efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation and release of major features.
- Advocate for best practices in code development, ensuring well-tested and well-organized code.
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a tech company with a track record of delivering software with high business impact.
- 2+ years of experience with Javascript or Typescript
- 2+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.
- 2+ years of experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Setup Data pipelines using tools such as Debezium, Snowflake, Apache Airflow, and AWS Glue
- Experience setting up Kafka Connect, and scaling transformers
- Willingness to pair program, collaborate with teammates, and solve problems together.
- Experience with Scrum or other agile development methodologies.
- Experience building enterprise software is preferred.
