Responsibilities:

• Implementation and customization of PTC CodeBeamer for an automotive organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
• Configure PTC CodeBeamer to meet the specific needs of the organization.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implementation processes.
• Conduct regular assessments and optimize the ALM processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to PTC CodeBeamer implementation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Skills:

• PTC CodeBeamer: Extensive hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and administering PTC CodeBeamer.
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Strong understanding of ALM processes, including Requirements, Change, Test, and Defect Management.
• Automotive Industry Standards: Experience aligning CodeBeamer with automotive engineering and quality standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262.
• Requirements Management: Proficient in capturing, structuring, and managing requirements within ALM tools to ensure traceability.
• Customization & Configuration: Expertise in customizing workflows, templates, dashboards, and project structures to meet organizational and customer requirements.
• Training & Support: Proven ability to deliver end-user training and provide ongoing technical support to ensure smooth tool adoption.
• Documentation: Strong experience in creating and maintaining implementation guides, process documentation, and user manuals.
• Tool Integration: Knowledge of integrating PTC CodeBeamer with other engineering and lifecycle tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work closely with business, engineering, quality, and IT teams to drive successful ALM implementation and adoption.
